RESTITUTION FOR SIN 1

Instances abounds in the bible of people; committed men of God that somehow got themselves involved in sins, and how God made them pay for it even though they were forgiven after showing remorse. Examples of such men includes king David, apostle Paul, the entire nation of Israel etc. In the case of David, first he lost his son for committing murder, and his son had sexual intercourse with his concubines in a public glare for committing adultery.

But the church today shield criminals in the name of repentance. Some of these criminals have been publicly investigated and found guilty with evidence that they themselves have confessed to, yet the church is not taking steps to ensure the stolen wealth is restored to the rightful owners.

Imagine for a second that one of Jesus apostles was caught stealing, while others engage in sexual sins and other manner of sins, do you honestly think that we would have Christianity today? Yes, Jesus came to call sinners to repentance, but certainly those that are right inside the church praying and fasting but refused to change and embrace Christ, can only do harm than good. if they are allowed to continue in the church will likely infect the citizens with virus that may not be cured before Jesus returns. 

Some would ague that Jesus came to call sinners to repentance, and even dine with some of them. True, but the sinners that Jesus dined with came to repentance. One of them was a tax collector named Zacchaeus: “And Zacchaeus stood and said unto the Lord, the half of all my goods I gave to the poor: and if I have taken anything from any man by false accusation, I restore him fourfold.-Luke19:8”. C’mon now church, let us leave out the people that are not of our faith a moment. How comes this guys that have stolen so much money from the country; money meant for construction of roads, schools, medical facilities and other basic amenities still members of your church? At least the entire nation knows  they have stolen, why are they not returning the money they have looted?

Zacchaeus confessed his sins openly, pay back every persons he cheated and gave half of all he own to the poor to show his genuine repentance. Why have your own followers (obviously they are not Jesus followers.) refused and are still refusing to return the money they looted? Is this attitude as a result of the wrong doctrine you have fed them?

The church must expose evil doers and workers of iniquity that have refused to repent of their sins. He who has stolen should return that which he stole. The only exception is if what was stolen is no-longer in existence.

GREEDINESS IN THE LAND

'Job 24: Some remove landmarks; they seize flocks violently...They push the needy off the road, all the poor of the land are forced to hide.'

The excessive desire to never be poor in life, live in opulence, save enough for the children and grand children etc have push many to do the unimaginable. The story is the same from Darfur, to Nigeria and most countries of the world especially in Africa. The poor bears the brunt of the excesses of the rich and criminally minded individuals and governments allover the world.

Richer governments and individuals grab lands or properties (especially when it contains something they considered valuable) that's not theirs and would kill the people if they dire ask questions or challenge them. They would lie, kill or destroy any one or anything that stands in the way of their greediness. Covetousness is in their DNA. Every thing good that they sited, they must have, and if they cannot afford it, they would steal or kill to get it.

Isaiah 56:11 has this to say concerning those that are greedy; 'Yes, they are all greedy dogs which never have enough. And they are shepherds who cannot understand; they all look to their own way, every one for his own gain...' In Isaiah above, the bible liking greedy men to dogs and shepherds without knowledge understanding of his roles. Why do you want everything for yourself and family? Why steal when your heavenly father told you not to worry about tomorrow? You just need to ask Him. 

Moneys meant for road constructions, provision of health care facilities and other infrastructural developments are been stolen in Africa by few men, just to satisfy their greed, while their accomplices in the churches collects 10% bribes and call it tithes. God does not accept stolen money as tithes and paying 10% out of the stolen money to a church does not in any save anyone from the coming wrath of God. 

Repent today, and like zacchaeus the tax collector, return that which you have stolen. Your heavenly Father is able to provide all your needs according to His riches in glory.

SEEK GOD 2

‘Now set your heart and your soul to seek the Lord your God…1 Chronicles 22:19a.’ As kingdom citizens, you are to set your heart and soul to seek God daily, in all things giving Him praises. Joshua advised the children of Israel to meditate in the law of the Lord day and night. God told us in Jeremiah that in the latter days, he will write His laws in our hearts, enabling us to serve and worship Him without confusion.

Why then do we have confusions everywhere in the body of Christ? This is as result of the people not seeking God but miracles and wealth. In order words, they are not motivated by eternal life in Christ to worship God but a brand of Jesus that keep witch craft at bay, provide government jobs without interviews and create avenues for stealing the collective wealth of the nation. This misplaced priority has resulted in Christians losing the vital gift of the Holy Spirit that should ordinarily be at work in them, to discern which prophet and prophetic message is of God. Consequently, my brethren can no longer hear God or have never heard God, and therefore have to depend on a pastor for all things pertaining to the scripture and God’s will concerning their lives.

‘Deuteronomy 4:29…Seek the Lord your God, and you will find Him if you seek Him with all your heart and with all your soul.’ You have a responsibility to seek Him with all your heart and with all your soul while He can still be found. Eternity with Jesus as King should be what matters to you not wealth and miracles.  The Psalmist say ‘I have not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his seed begging bread.’ Why are you then so concerned about your future in the world to the detriment of your eternity with Christ? Jesus said you should not concern yourself with what you would eat or wear or drink for your heavenly father already knows your needs. Yet you don’t trust Him but go to church and visit prophets in His name to solve your financial and health issues without a thought for the Kingdom.

Look at it this way; imagine telling a member of your family, say your uncle that you don’t trust Him, yet you go to Him to beg for money for your school fee or to pay your house rent. Would your uncle oblige you? I doubt. The same applies with God. Jesus told you in the Gospel to seek the Kingdom (God), and once in, every other thing shall be added unto you. Why are you disobeying Him? Why look for shortcut when the actual process to legally obtain from the Kingdom is not much longer than the shortcut you are using that is not yielding any fruitful results? 

WALKING IN THE LIGHT OF THE LORD

'...come let us walk in the light of the LORD Isaiah 2:5'. It is time to work in the light of the Lord. When the children of Israel left the land of Egypt, the Lord provided physical lights to guide them both day and night. In our days, God has provided the Holy Spirit to be our guide. The bible says, 'God is spirit' and those that worship must do so 'in the Spirit'. The question therefore is how do you walk in His light?

Galatians 4:6 says; 'And because you are sons, God has sent forth the Spirit of His Son into your hearts, crying out, "Abba Father". You can only work in the light of the Lord when you have the Holy Spirit in you, and you can only have the Holy Spirit when have entered the Kingdom, further, you can only enter the Kingdom when you have repented of your sins and 'put on Christ' through baptism.

What it means to work in the light of the Lord as Christians:

1. Let people know you by your good fruit: You must consistently live a good life, showing good examples worthy of Christ. You are the 'salt of the earth' and must show others the righteous path.

2. Obedience: You must live life in obedience to the Words of God, whether or not it conforms with what others expects.

3. Give to those in need: The bible says, it better to give than to receive. Don't just receive, form the habit of giving.

4. Prayers: Pray ceaselessly for the expansion of the Kingdom, for your brethren, and for yourself, and in all things giving thanks to the Lord.

5. Love your neighbors: As commanded by God, you must love your neighbors as yourself, for as apostle Paul said '...Have fervent love for one another, for, "love will cover a multitude of sins".

We pray that you walk in the light of Jesus this day and forever. Amen!

SEEK GOD

Some scribes and Pharisees asked Jesus for a sign and He answered them saying 'an evil and adulterous generation seek after a sign, and no sign will be given to it except the sign of prophet Jonah. Matt 12:38-38'

The bane of today’s Christianity is the seek for powers and signs, ignoring the gift and power of the Holy Spirit in us. A lot of Christians have conveniently forgotten His sacrifice for mankind on the cross and would rather seek a sign before they would believe. Well, Jesus said in the above passage that the only sign you will get is His death and resurrection. The bible says in Isaiah 'unto us a child is given...' God gave Him to us as a sign that all who believes in Him may have eternal life. He died that we may be saved, He defeated the powers that held us capture and set us free from the power of sin and death.

Do you then still need to seek more signs? Seek the Lord and you will find Him. If you seek signs, you are likely to miss the Kingdom as those miracles you seek as signs may likely become an idol to you; an item you preferred to God. We all have already been blessed in Christ Jesus in the heavenly realms, we therefore no-longer need proof but must work in the Holy Spirit to discern His intentions for us, His powers that works in us, His grace for us, His purpose for our lives, His undying love for us, His faithfulness toward us, His unmerited favors for us, His mercies that surpasses all understanding for us.

Don't you know that you are sign unto the world? God uses your redemption through the sacrifice of Jesus, and your daily living as you rise with Him through baptism as a sign that the world may see your righteous works and repent of its evil ways. Learn of him therefore, and you sure can use His powers which He has freely given unto to you to exercise on planet earth, rather than seek after signs and powers that you already have in you.

A KING ON EARTH-GET INVOLVED

We discussed before that you are King on earth, sent by Jesus to fulfilled His purpose for your life. We all became sons of God by adoption and therefore are 'joint heirs' with the Lord. This makes us Kings and Queens on earth.

Having become heaven's citizens on earth with our kingly roles, are we suppose to seek political office on planet earth? Is it a sin to occupy political office if you are a true believer? Why do the true believers stay away from politics? we can go on and on with these question. However, let us provide some answers:

1. Are we suppose to seek political office on planet earth? The answer is yes. While it is impossible for all to become president, senator etc, God did not forbid us from seeking political office on earth. As a matter of fact, some of God's chosen leaders in the biblical time were both political and very religious men starting from Moses who was engaged in several political discussions and demands with the king of Egypt, to Joshua who was deceived into negotiating with a neighboring country during the fights to conquer the land of Israel and  to King David and some of his sons.

2. Is it a sin for the righteous to occupy political office? The answer is No. The bibles say 'when the righteous are in authority the people rejoice.' You cannot be in position of authority if you don't seek political office. Ever wonder why things keep going wrong despite the huge effort by the government? Because most people in government today are not righteous. Until the righteous people with the right skills begin to seek positions of authority things are likely to remain the same. The lies will continue, many will continue to die in hunger while few amass more wealth, corruption in government will continue unhindered and 'the people' will continue to suffer.

3. Why do true believers stay away from politics? Because Christians are scared of death. Even in overwhelming Christians' majority nations, the true believers usually chicken out for the gangsters to rule. The church needs to pray, unit behind righteous people, and give them the necessary support to be elected into positions of real authority. Its not a question of whether or not the person is Catholic or Baptist or Pentecostal. So long as he or she has the fear of God and has the record of righteous living coupled with the right training, should be supported to take up political positions in order for the masses to rejoice.

Nigeria would be the test case come 2015. Who would you support? A righteous man with the requisite skills and training minus money to bribe delegates, who when voted into office, the people will enjoy better life, or an unrighteous man who is most likely going to steal, kill and destroy? Make a choice and speak out!

WORKERS OF INIQUITY 2

There is a difference between condemnation and judgement. While judgement has been reserved for the King of Kings in the end. What is obviously bad should be criticized and condemn by all Christians. The essence of this is to shame them when private counselling has yielded no results.  For Instance, would you wait for God to judge a homosexual when you are sent to tell him the truth in love? What is your work then as a christian if you are going to leave him to be judged and sent to hell? But the dubious ones would have us believe that when you condemn evil you are judging. 

Yes the bible says we should not judge, but does not in any way say we should be quiet when we noticed some one doing things or involved in acts capable of tarnishing the image of Christianity, or condemning them to eternity in hell

The question we are asking this morning is: are you involved in an act of injustice towards your neighbors or society as a Christian? If the follow is true then you are:

1. Stole and or stealing moneys and or properties meant for the public good.

2. Knowingly collecting 10% of stolen monies as tithe and offering that would further encourage and emboldens those involved to carry on with the stealing of the collective wealth.

3. Cheating and malicious lies in order to obtain something that is not yours.

4. Bribes and inducements to buy the silence of others when a wrong have been committed.

5. Refusal to condemn evil when others look to you to lead and chastise those that have deviated from the purpose of their calling, whether in politics or religious organisations.

You must therefore determine to ensure justice for all, support no evil and speak out against those trying to destroy the foundation.

WORKERS OF INIQUITY

'Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have I not prophesied in thy name? And in thy name have cast out devils? And in thy name done many wonderful works? And then I will profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.-Mathew 7:22-23'

What is obvious from the above passage of the bible is that, some Christians will not make heaven. Although, today they go to church and attend every bible classes and religious seminars, they will still not be allowed into the kingdom for their refusal to love Jesus. Jesus said, 'if you love, obey my commands'. If you are a christian, it therefore means that you must live your life in accordance with the principles and values taught by Jesus. 

How can the world know that you are living in accordance with the principles and values Jesus or not? lets look at them below: Each individual could be described in two ways. Either as a worker of iniquity or worker of goodness. 

A worker of goodness:

1. Kindness: A worker of goodness is a kind person, always willing to share what he has with others

2. Loves God and his neighbors: will not be involved in an act capable of affecting others negatively.

3. Selfless: Put others ahead of himself

4. Act as servant to all: Will rather serve than to be served.

5. Work to ensure others enters the Kingdom of God

What defines workers of iniquities are as followers:

1. Selfish & greedy: They want everything for themselves. Even when its glaring that they have enough, they would want more to the detriment of others

2. Love for self & idols: They only love themselves, material things they own and people that help them achieve their aims.

3. Slavers: They would enslave their fellow men solely for their personal gain.

4. They are liars/killers/thieves: They would lie, thief and kill any body that gets in their way.

5. Worship of Idols: They worship whatever gives them pleasure . 

You are chosen, sent with gifts to bring about changes in the society and bring God’s children to the Kingdom of God. Some of these gifts include your offices on planet earth and must be used to ensure social justice for all. Iniquity could mean any of these words: Wickedness, Evil, Sin, vice, injustice and crime. These words all could also be summarized as great injustice. So, if you are a worker of iniquity, then you are actually someone who has done or that is doing great injustice to his neighbour or the society at large.

The world needs the people with goodness in them that would bring about divine ordained changes in their lives. Chose today to be one of those with goodness of heart! 

ARE YOU TAKING GOD'S GLORY?

'Sing to the Lord, all the earth, proclaim the good news of His salvation from day to day. Declare His glory among the nations, His wonders among all peoples. 1 Chronicles 16:23-24' 

The Lord is our glory and the lifter of our heads says Psalms 3:3' The Lord is our glory, it therefore means that all glory must return back to Him. Are you taking the glory that is due God? The bible also say '...the whole earth is full of His glory. Isaiah 6:3', again 'Isaiah 42:8' says 'I am the Lord, that is my name, and my glory I will not give to another' The bibles says even the Heavens declares the glory of the Lord. 

What are you doing with God's Glory? It is now common to hear some say “I laid my hand on him and healed him”. No. You laid your hand and God heals. You need to be careful not to incur the wrath of God’s judgment. By your own words you glorify yourself before God and His children, in other to attract more followers most probably for a selfish gain of (10% share). It does not matter if your gift is to save a single soul, please save that soul and be satisfied instead of magnifying yourself before the people and becoming a god unto them.

1 Corinthians 1:30 says: “…he who glories , let him glory in the LORD'. Did you turn this bible verse into; glorifying a man or yourself? All glory must be ascribed to the Lord of Lords. He is the only one worthy of praises and worship. In all things, we must glorify Him. Know that He has already glorified Himself and will continue to do so. This is why the bible tells us that His glory fills the heavens and the earth. We therefore must acknowledge and give all honour and praise to Him that sit on the throne.

GOD'S WAYS

 'God’s ways seem foolish to the Jews because they want a sign from heaven to prove it is true. And it’s foolish to the Greeks because they believe only what agrees with their own wisdom-1 Corinthians 1:22-23 NLT'

The bible says God's way is not our way and He uses foolish things to confound the wise. Think about a man going before a king and demanding that slaves must be allowed to leave, or a man talking to a tree, that would be considered madness. A leprous man was asked by Elisha to go and wash in a river, the man expected something else from the popular God of the Jews and the man of God. Yet washing was the only way for Him to get his healing. He later complied and got healed after much persuasion from his servants. 

Is there a problem in your life that defiled all known remedy? Have you been told to simply pray and trust in God for a certain problem you are facing, and it seem not the right thing for you to do? Have you been in a position that conventional wisdom tells you to do one thing, while your pastor asked you to do another that seem foolish in the face of the problem?

Remember God's ways are not our ways. His word says; He has already blessed you with every spiritual blessings in the heavenly realm. You therefore only need to ask and trust Him to resolve such problems in your favour in a way that would seem foolish to the world.

CONVERSING WITH GOD

Let me start by asking this question: In the world, how many of us can honestly say we have unhindered access to government officials? Its probably cannot be more than 20% of the citizens in any given country.

The Kingdom government operates differently. We have 24/7 access to the King of Kings and Lord or Lords. God Himself permitted this when He said in "Isaiah 1:18 'Come now, and let us reason together...'" You have unfettered access to Jesus and can reason with him. You may be going through something that you do not understand and you feel the church is not helping. Go to Him directly and talk to Him about it. It doesn't matter what time of the day or night. You just need to ask him that question that have been on your mind. That thing that burdens you, talk to him about him. It helps when you are His friend and brother, as those that are already in the kingdom may more easily understand His response, but all can come to Him. He is not willing that any should perish, and therefore will attend to you any time you approach Him.

Abraham, our father in faith at one time found it difficult that the God he wholeheartedly believed in was going to kill people in Sodom. He did not keep quite about it, he reasoned with Him. Abraham asked God "Would you also destroy the righteous with the wicked?....Far be it from You to do such a thing as this, to slay the righteous with the wicked.." God did not say I am God and would do as I please, but respond to allay the fears of Abraham; assure him that He indeed will not destroy the righteous with the wicked. You can find God and Abraham's conversation in 'Genesis 18:16-33'

Whatever your fear, worries or burden is, be assured that you can go to God in prayers and converse with Him. He is able to save you and deliver you from all your troubles.

ARE YOU ORDAINED TO PERFORM MIRACLES?

The bibles tells us that we have different gifts. These gifts includes but not limited to Teaching, Preaching, Prophesying, Healing, Tongues etc.  It is very important that those with this gifts take care to utilize it for the Kingdom purpose, and, must know the limits of their gifts.

John the Baptist was asked if he was the Christ. Knowing who he was, the bible recorded that he confessed that he was not the Christ. But our world is now full of people that expects miracles from every pastor, and pastors that would do anything to gain the approval and respect of the world. Need you perform miracle before you would be considered a man of God? John the Baptist did not performed a single visible miracle, yet, none was greater that him according to Jesus. 

There are now accusations everywhere of powerful men of god using demonic powers to perform miracles. The reason is very simple, its either they are not sent or they were sent to for instance, to preach the Kingdom of God and the risen Christ but chooses to perform miracles to please men instead of God. Miracles is the benefit of the Kingdom, its therefore something all kingdom citizens enjoy on a day to day basis. 

Identify the reason you are sent and ensure you perform your kingdom responsibilities without fear of disapproval from the world.

ONE BODY IN CHRIST-THE CHURCH

When a church is mentioned, what should ideally comes to mind should be; Christ, Holiness, Righteousness, Worship, Kingdom Message, unity etc. (Not necessary in that order) However, like gods, most churches today are actively working against the Kingdom, recruitment people into their synagogues of Satan. Pastors and workers in churches are now knowingly competing with Jesus for popularity instead of preaching the Kingdom to all God’s children on earth. 

Let me share with you an experience I had in 2012: I was studying at home on a particular day, but felt as though I was not getting the desire results, I therefore decided to visit the nearest church to my house to see if they had a study area that I could quietly study.  The first question the lady I met asked was “are you a member of this church? I said no. Then she said “if you are not a member, you will not be allowed to use the church facility”. She afterwards, directed me to see a man standing nearby. I told the man why I was there, and he asked me the same question; “are you a member” and I said no. he added that even if I said I was a member, they will verify it before I will be allowed to use the facility. 

I left and began to ask myself; was I sent there by the Holy Spirit to see something? Then it occurs to me why I was there. To see firsthand that what we have today are churches with members and most of the members are followers of their pastors or reverends and not of God. This man and woman were not bordered about my faith, nor the kind of studies I wanted to undertake that I could not done at home. All that matters to them was membership of their church and since I was not, I could not be allowed to use the facility of their church. 

Now that was a church that is supposed to be a house of God, where all Kingdom citizens irrespective of denomination should be allowed to worship and study His Words. 

The churches have to unit now for the Kingdom, especially in times like this that we wait for the manifestation of the Kingdom on earth. You should let your 'followers' know that all baptism is done in the name of the Father, the Son and of the Holy Spirit. Therefore, once a person becomes born again, (and it shows by its fruits in the person’s life) He or She is no longer the member of a particular “church” but a citizen of the Kingdom of God, a follower of Christ and should therefore be free to carryout God’s work in any of the churches.

BE A FOLLOWER OF JESUS

In the days of Paul the apostle, some of the believers in Corinth were calling themselves followers of different pastors. Some said 'I am of Paul', others said we are of Appollos and Cephas, and then a group that follows Christ. Paul wrote to them saying: 'Is Christ divided? was Paul crucified for you? or were you baptized in the name of Paul?' In the same vain, let me ask you a similar question. Are you a follower of Christ or your Pastor?

A follower of Christ will do and be known for the following:

1. Love Jesus and His or her neighbor.

2. Obey Jesus Command.

3. Will not steal nor lie.

4. Will help the needy.

5. Will house a stranger.

6. Will feed the hungry.

7. Will cloth the nicked.

8. Will win souls for the Kingdom.

9. Will live a righteous and holy live.

10. Will seek justice for the poor and widows.

A follower of a pastor will do or be known for the following:

1. Will rather attend a function called by the pastor rather than respond to an emergency call from a brother

2. Seek wealth and affluence. 

3. Will be greedy.

3. His or her pastors knows best.

4. Always willing to defend the pastor.

5. Upholds pastor's views even when it contradicts the Bible.

6. Loves pastor more than God.

7. Works for popularity of the Church rather than work for the Kingdom.

8. Are self righteous.

9. Are of the world and showoff what they gain from it. 

10. Would rather offend God than offend the pastor

If you falls in the second category, its time to move to the first. Follow God not pastor or reverend.

IS THERE ANOTHER NAME FOR A SIN?

In the name of political correctness and freedom, governments and some individuals now say we are intolerant of people that don't share our believes. We cannot openly tell ourselves the truth any more for fear of some one dragging us before a court. The bible tells us that God's Words cannot be broken. It therefore follows that what the bible say is sin must be called a sin no matter who is involved. We must therefore openly admonish those involved the following practices with love:

1. Homosexuality.

2. Lesbianism.

3. Abortion.

4. Sex with Animals other than Human.

5.  Divorce when immorality is not involved.

We must stop testing God's patients for us. Apostle Paul ask a very vital question when he asked whether we should continue in sin that grace abounds? He says God forbid. For those that continue to live in sin in the hope that God understands and will forgive them, must repent of their sin and ask God's forgiveness today.

A GIFT OR A BONDAGE

Are Kingdom Citizens suppose to be trapped by the gifts of their fellow citizens? The gift of God is suppose to bring about peace and blessing for His children but some pastors have turned the gift of God into a bondage for the citizens, making them live in fear of demonic powers, witchcraft powers and the likes. The bible says the wages of sin is death, therefore, the only thing that can bring enemy attack on your live is sin, which ultimately will result in the person's eternity in hell.

I therefore want to let you know today that, when you enter the Kingdom, the devil and her demons don’t have any power over you. Infact, the bible tells us in book of  Isaiah, that surely the enemies will gather but that their gathering will amount to nothing. Also, you have been given dominion over these principalities and powers, and therefore need not worried nor be afraid of them.

The most worrisome aspect of this is that most Christian’s time is now devoted to witchcraft and demonic powers when they are not praying for wealth, relegating the Kingdom Message. Try these for a change; worship God in Spirit and in Truth, pray for your enemies as commanded by Jesus, help the poor and the needy (please, not by stealing from them and then asking them to line up in the morning in your house for handouts), love your neighbor as yourself, visit the sick in the hospital; pray for them and help pay their bills if you can.

In Joshua, The bible commands us to study the words and meditate in it day and night. Also, in Proverbs, the bibles says wisdom is the principal thing. I therefore urge you to study His Words and live by it all the days of your live.

KING OF PEACE

'Unto us a Child is born, Unto us a son is given, and the government will be upon His shoulder'

Jesus was born for us, He lived that we may experience peace in His Kingdom and died that we may be redeemed to God the father. The bibles tells in Isaiah that 'of the increase of His government and peace there will be no end'. As we continue to carryout the distinct responsibilities that he has assigned each of us, you should always bear in mind that He has promised peace without end for those in the Kingdom.

For you that is already in the Kingdom, what are you doing today to ensure peace for your neighbor? The bible tells us to love our neighbors as ourselves. Are you been selfish with the knowledge and information that you have about the Kingdom? You should decide to share the peace of God with all men in this season. God so love the world...He loves us all and He is not willing that any should perish. It therefore behooves us to ensure that our brethren who at the moment not in the Kingdom are aware of what they have missed up-to this day.

As you think about sharing the knowledge of the Kingdom with a neighbor today, I leave you with the Words of Jesus...'Peace I leave with you, my peace I gave you, not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.' John 14:27.

A CALL TO DUTY

'...we are all parts of His one body, and each of us have different work to do. And since we are all one body in Christ, we belong to each other, and each of us needs all the others'

From the above passage, it is obvious that we are sent to planet earth, for a purpose and this purpose is the Kingdom. What is more glaring is the fact that this assignment differs for every person sent. So, Gifts are provided in order for you to succeed. That is to say what you need to succeed in the Kingdom assignment is a gift given you freely by Christ Jesus...the 'Holy Spirit'.

Once sent, you are granted the gifts you need to succeed on your assignment. In Romans 1:4-8 the bible tells us that we have now every spiritual gifts that we need. As the Kingdom citizens of Corinth had every gift that they needed, so also, God has granted us every gifts including spiritual. 

These gifts, instead of working for the Kingdom, have been misused so much that the Kingdom citizens that are supposed to be beneficiaries, are now left confused and are therefore backsliding; doubting their beliefs. What they see their pastors' do contradicts what they read in the Bible. But they are reminded by the 'misusers of the gift', that the bibles also says they should not judge nor touch the anointed of God.

You must determine to use your gift for the Kingdom purpose today. Be 'Christ like', be the salt of the earth that should never lose its taste. Let others see your work and glorify your Father in Heaven. Your gift should not be a stumbling block for other Christians and non Christians alike, rather you should glorify God through that which you are gifted.

Use your talent to propagate the Kingdom message. In the end, what matters is your soul. When you fail to use your gift for the Kingdom purpose, God will required the lives of those that should have been saved through your gift. Talk to some one about God today.

KINGDOM CITIZENS JOURNEY-THE PLACE OF BITTERNESS

“And when they came to Marah, they could not drink of the waters of Marah, for they were bitter…-Exodus 15:23”

In your Kingdom journey, you will come to place of Marah; a placement of bitterness and anguish, a place that you feel dejected and would rather not go on. Sometimes, this has to do with disappointments over unforeseen circumstances, other times, it could be simply that you did not listen to God's instruction concerning a particular path. The result, is what the bible refers to as 'Marah'. Are you at that point when you feel the church holds no answer to your troubles and doubt if God actually exist and able to solve your problems? Let me tell you now that alot of other people had experience the same thing before you. You need not give up. If you would simply read further the above Bible passage, you will realise that Marah is not the promised Land for you. and since it is not the promised land, God will provide a way through that place of bitterness. 

God knows that for you to get to your destination, you need to drink water without which you will be dehydrated and may not be able to face the goliath that you must face, overcome and enter the promise land. The story continues in Exodus “And he cried unto the Lord; and the Lord shewed him a tree, which when he had cast into the waters, the waters were made sweet…”-Exodus15:25. Right beside that challenge confronting you, there is a solution right there beside it that God has provided to solve that challenge in your favour. Cry to him in prayers and He shall surely show you that solution. 

From today, please stop dreaming about God magically fixing your problems without you first taking the steps to fulfilling your purpose on earth. Decide today to be in the Kingdom by asking for Jesus forgiveness for your sins and accept Him as your personal Lord and Saviour, and He will surely make that tree visible that will make your bitter water sweet like honey. 

KINGDOM CITIZEN'S JOURNEY-THE NATION OF ISRAEL EXAMPLE

In the book of Exodus, the children of Israelite took off in the full glare of the Enemy that had swore to keep them in slavery. Even though the Egyptians don’t like it, they just had to ask them to go. Not only that they had to ask them to leave, they gave the Israelis gifts of gold and other valuables. Now, that is hard to swallow. The Egyptians were forced to allow the Israelite leave after every of their first born child had died as a result of their refusal to let Israel leave, and yet, they shower Israel with gifts? Well, that is a Kingdom citizen’s journey for you. 

Once you take off as commanded, God will make even your enemy to provide for that journey. You need not sneak around once ordered by God to carry out an assignment. Trust Him to protect and provide for you while you go about His Kingdom business on earth.

Your Enemies Will Pursue You

The children of Israel had not gone far before the Egyptians realised what has happen. They had let go the slaves that had all the while build and tend other menial jobs. They either bring them back or do these jobs themselves. Soon enough, they pursued and caught up with them, but of course, the Lord would not allow His chosen nation on assignment be attacked by the Egyptians because they were not mentally and physically ready then to fight the Egyptians. So, God protected them with Pillar of fire and cloud.

Now, you may take off with fanfare, things may be going on smoothly. But suddenly, everything may come crashing down on you. You will begin to wonder and remember what you were probably told; “that lady is not your wife, she is sick, she comes from a wicked family, you don’t have what it takes to start and run a business, your business partner of many years may run with you money or a banker runs away with part of your business capital and then, you begin to feel that the end has come for you. No, that is very far from the end, the end is the Promised Land; the fulfillment of your destiny

Remember the prophecy concerning Paul’s journey to Israel and Rome? He was certain at some point that he was going to be killed, but God delivered him. Also, the children of Israel came to the red sea on their way to the Promised Land, when they saw the Egyptians chasing after them, they thought that that was the end of their journey. They began to complain against Moses, God heard their complaints, came down and make a way where there seem to be no way; and they worked through the red sea on a dry ground.

What you need is to stay right on cause, because God will provide a way right through that problem. If you run away from it, you could be running away from your destiny. God will surely protect you as you takeoff for his assignment and the fulfillment of your destiny in Jesus name. 

A KINGDOM CITIZEN'S JOURNEY

A Kingdom citizen’s journey is the most interesting of all journeys. When you enter the Kingdom, your movement becomes the responsibility of God. It does not matter if people like it or not, you have got to move when God ask you to and He will watch over and protect you wherever you go.

It does not matter if others don’t dare go out for fear of harm in some of the most difficult countries to leave in. Well, you have got to get moving and working on your Kingdom assigned responsibilities. It does not matter if the government tried all they could but failed to provide the much needed security because they themselves conspired with the criminals to deceive and corruptly enrich themselves at your detriment, God Himself will protect and provide for you as you embark on your assigned journey. It does not matter if someone thinks or says; you do not have what it takes to startup and run your own business, go ahead and start, let him try to stop you.

Are you in the Kingdom and have clearly heard God tell you to get going? Then, waste no more time. Start the journey today. It could be to teach and spread the Goodnews of the Kingdom, to Start-up a business that would benefit the Kingdom Citizens, volunteer to be of help where and when its needed etc. Do not procrastinate, get moving and He will surely provide and guide you along until you arrive at your destined destination.

LIST OF KINGDOM PROTECTIONS

Protection that you enjoy in the Kingdom of God includes but not limited to the following:

1. Protection against demonic attacks: they are powerless against you if you are in the Kingdom. So, you should concentrate more on getting into the Kingdom of God and fulfilling your destiny, rather than chase demons around for your failures. If you are truly born-again and have Christ in you, you cannot be bothered by demons.

2. Protection against witchcraft attacks: Witches and wizards don’t have power over you if you are in the Kingdom of God and the Holy Spirit in you. The reason witches keep tormenting you is because you have not repent from your sins.

3. Protection against attacks on finances: You will have attacks on your finances if you are not in the Kingdom. The bible says we should love our neighbours but you are cheating them? Paying tithe is good but more importantly you should care for the downtrodden and the less privileged.

4. Protection against attacks on health: “You must serve only the Lord your God. If you do, I will bless you with food and water, and I will keep you healthy”-Exodus 23:25NLT.  Your health is in the hands of the Lord, He is the Lord that healed you. So, trust in the Lord and He shall deliver you from ill health and even add more years to your years. But please know that if  you reject the kingdom of God for worldly wealth and refuse to serve Him, even when you receive healing, another illness is likely to manifest within a short period. So determine to be in the Kingdom today by giving your life to Jesus.

5. Protection against attacks on marriage: He who find a wife, find a good thing and obtain favour from the Lord. Is your case different? You and your wife should chose to save the Lord now and every problems in your family shall be resolved in the name of the Lord

6. Protection against attacks on child bearing and children: “there shall be no miscarriages or infertility among your people, and I will give you long, full lives”-Exodus 23:26 NLT. This is so wonderful. you are fertile; which means that you shall definitely get pregnant when it is time. You will not miscarry; which means that you will carry your baby to term. God will give you long and full lives; meaning you and your child will have a blessed and long lives.

7. Protection against career: Whatever you do in life which you are certain is what you are born for is your career. If you are in the wrong career, you will definitely loss it or loss your soul altogether. So don’t be sad when you lost your job, it might be that God is taking you to the career prepared for you before the foundation of the world. Paul lost his career as an enforcer of the law and was appointed as a teacher of faith and grace provided by Christ Jesus, and your case will not be different in Jesus name. Amen.

8. Protection against prayer life: There are Christians that would not pray but watch moves for close to twenty hours a day. This is because you don’t have the Holy Spirit of God in you. Ask Jesus for the Holy Spirit today and your prayer life will be revived.

9. Protection against physical, harmful deadly attacks: A lot of us today, the only that is keeping alive is the prayers and faith of our love ones and the church of God. The reason is simple; God will answer the prayer the church in other for His children that are faithful not to waiver in their faith. But please know that time is running out on you. If you don’t repent now and return to God soon, those prayers Of the Kingdom citizens will no longer cover for you because you already know the truth but refused to adhere to it.

10 Protection against attacks on vision and mission: You are a soldier on earth but you must be careful carrying out your duties. If you are a house wife, you are a soldier in a war front to ensure that your children are trained to know the Lord and follow in His ways. So, do not resist you assignment, even if the world think is not good enough for you. So long as you are convinced that that is what you should be doing and it gives you happiness and peace of God, then glorify God through it. Mother Theresa comes to mind here. Sure you have heard her story.

11 Protection against attacks on bloodline: Foundation problems hold no power against you once you accept Christ as your Lord and personal Savior. Your new foundation is in the blood of Jesus. Accept Christ today and be prayerful.

12 Protection against attacks on destiny: A lot of people are been forced into the wrong career/destiny, parents forcing their wards to become reverend fathers or sister or pastors. If that person is meant to be a married man and you forced him to become a reverend father, he will never serve well, rather, he will continue to chase after girls in His Parish. Your promise notwithstanding, God’s ways are not our ways. So, stop forcing your ways on God’s children.

13 Protection against attacks on spiritual life: You have to be watchful and return to your first love to avoid spiritual attacks. Some peoples love for Christ has grown cold as a result of worldly pleasures. Please return to Him today before He removes your lamp-stand.
